ATL 3.1 – Industrialization improvements

نویسنده

چکیده

ATL is a standard solution for model to model transformation. Its implementation is OpenSource and hosted by Eclipse. In 2008, development and maintenance were handed over from INRIA to OBEO, in the ATL Industrialization project context. This paper is about how industrial actors and researchers collaborate in a project like ATL, what ATL 3.1 brings to the user and what will be done in the future.

Improving recombinant Rubisco biogenesis, plant photosynthesis and growth by coexpressing its ancillary RAF1 chaperone.

Enabling improvements to crop yield and resource use by enhancing the catalysis of the photosynthetic CO2-fixing enzyme Rubisco has been a longstanding challenge. Efforts toward realization of this goal have been greatly assisted by advances in understanding the complexities of Rubisco's biogenesis in plastids and the development of tailored chloroplast transformation tools. Here we generate tr...

Seasonality, Capital Inflexibility, and the Industrialization of Animal Production

Among the prominent recognized features of the industrialization of animal production over the past half century are growth in the stock of inflexible or usededicated capital as an input in production and growth in productivity. Less recognized is a trend toward aseasonal production. We record the deseasonalization of animal production in the United States and Europe over the past 70 years. We ...

First experiments with the ATL model transformation language: Transforming XSLT into XQuery

ATL (Atlas Transformation Language) has been defined to perform general transformations within the MDA framework (Model Driven Architecture) recently proposed by the OMG. We are currently learning from the first applications developed with this language. The example used here is a transformation from XSLT to XQuery. Since these are two standard notations that don’t pertain to the MDA space, we ...

Human leukocyte antigen class II alleles associated with human T-cell lymphotropic virus type I infection and adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma in a Black population.

BACKGROUND Human T-cell lymphotropic virus type I (HTLV-I) is linked to adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL) and HTLV-I-associated myelopathy (HAM; also known as tropical spastic paraparesis [TSP]), a chronic neurodegenerative disorder. Worldwide, several million HTLV-I carriers are at risk for disease, with an estimated lifetime cumulative risk of 1%-5%. However, the determinants of disease pr...
